How long do we keep your personal data?

We will keep some records permanently if we are legally required to do so. Other records will be kept according to best practice, eg it is currently best practice to keep all financial records for a minimum period of 8 years to support HMRC audits or provide tax information.

You can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
